CAN I RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT MY RECEIPT?
If you have a credit/debit statement showing the transaction, this can be used as proof of purchase. Alternatively, the store may also be able to provide a duplicate receipt if you can provide the date and time of transaction. However, the best way to view your transaction history is to create an account and visit your account which will display your order history.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM BOUGHT ONLINE?
If you wish to return something when your delivery arrives, hand it back to the driver and we'll process your refund. Alternatively, return the item back to your local store with proof of purchase and our colleagues will be happy to refund or arrange an exchange. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF MY ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
We're sorry you're not happy with the quality of your items, please return your item to a store convenient for you, with your proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to refund or exchange. Please do feel free to contact us at [email protected] for further information.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Refunds for transactions made by debit card can take 7-10 working days to reflect payment in your bank account.
CAN I ORDER AND PAY IN CASH ON RECEIPT OR COLLECTION?
Unfortunately, we don't accept cash as payment. Orders can only be made online and paid for by credit/debit cards. You can make a purchase and pay at our reception with credit or debit card as well. In case you have any issues with payment online, please give us a call and we would be happy to process your payment throught the phone.
I FORGOT A FEW PRODUCTS, CAN I ADD THEM AFTER I SUBMITTED MY ORDER?
We all do that! Don't worry, if you forgot some products from your shopping list, please make another order but select collection at check-out and drop us an email to let us know. We will then add these to your delivery order.
CAN I REORDER A PAST ORDER?
Yes, you can! Simply go to your account, select your order history, find the order you would like to reorder, open it and you can either click reorder all, or select the individual products. This will add the products to your basket, then you have to proceed with check-out as normal. Please, note that some products might be out of stock at the time, this will show in your cart and you will need to adjust your products.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY?
Once your order is ready for delivery within your selected time slot, you will receive another email to confirm this. In this email, you will find a tracking link that allows you to track the driver and get an estimate on when your order will arrive.
I AM SELF-ISOLATING, CAN I ORDER A CONTACTLESS DELIVERY?
Yes, you can. Please, ensure to make a note at check-out so that we are aware. When the driver arrives, he/she will ring your bell and leave your shopping on your doorstep. The driver will step away from the door and wait for you to open the door, to ensure delivery is completed.
WHERE DO I COLLECT MY ORDER?
